Today is "A" for ARUBA.
Boy, and we thought Wyoming was Windy! Aruba is known as the location for the wind-surfing championships of the world and there's a reason for that! When we arove the sun was shinning and the shoreline was lined with white, sandy beaches.
We went out sailing for the day and traveled past out ship on the way out of port with our sails billowing in the breezy [read as "Hang on to your Hats"] day.
Here's Sam .. a great host, who knew how to entertain the guests onboard our vessel. We enjoyed a wide assortment of music, a BBQ lunch, island beverages and had a great time sailing along the shores of Aruba.
And then there's Jeff, the height of Island tourist fashion [do you think he cares? Obviously not - he allowed me to take his photograph in this well chorographed outfit for the day!] Our grand-daughter Beka said, "its OK, he has grey in his t-shirt that matches everthing else." So Kind!
